Processing time refers to the number of business days that we may take to process your order, meaning: payment and address verification, send request to warehouse for product sorting and/or product printing, packaging and shipping label printing.
Usually it takes us 2-7 business days depending on current demand. In some cases it can takes us up to 9 days when the order is placed close or during holiday season, and when we experience a high demand.

Yes, we ship to all countries. If you like any item from The Ark Clothing, we'll get it to your door..
We are partner with fulfillment centers in the USA, and Europe, depending on the item you order, we'll ship it from the closest warehouse depending on our stock.

Shipping rates and estimated times are calculated at checkout after you introduce your shipping address, we are not Amazon but we'll get your items to your door in no time ;)
ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS
Yes, your package will contain all your products, unless they are not stock in the same warehouse (But don't worry this doesn't happen often)
TRACKING MY ORDER
When your oder was shipped you should have received an email with your tracking code. You can track your packages items directly from that email or directly from your order page. If you have not received it our email, please contact us at email@example.com

We accept refunds request within 7 days from the date your order was delivered for any of the following reasons:
1) You receive the wrong product, size, color, etc
2) The product was deliver damaged or with malfunctions
If the product was delivered damaged, you received the wrong size, or the size do not match the one display on the product description PLEASE include pictures as proof.
At the moment we are not accepting refund request for apparel products when they don't fit, please read carefully our sizing chart before ordering.

CHANGING MY ORDER
We start the order processing relatively soon after an order is placed, if you made a mistake selecting your sizes, color, or with your shipping address. Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP and we'll do our best to correct the mistake
